View DetailsIn high-temperature industrial manufacturing, the reliability of your heating elements directly impacts production yield and operational costs. As a premier manufacturer of electric heating alloys in China, SPARK provides high-performance wires, ribbons, and custom elements designed to deliver stable thermal output under the most demanding environments. Whether you are operating high-temperature sintering kilns, glass tempering furnaces, or precise semiconductor diffusion equipment, our materials ensure outstanding oxidation resistance, long service life, and excellent shape stability at elevated temperatures.
We supply a comprehensive range of electric resistance materials tailored to diverse industrial applications:
FeCrAl Alloy Wires: Highly cost-effective iron-chromium-aluminum alloys (such as 0Cr25Al5 and SGHYZ series) designed for ultra-high-temperature industrial furnaces operating up to 1400°C.
Nichrome (Ni-Cr) Wires: Premium nickel-chromium alloys (including Cr20Ni80) offering superior mechanical strength, excellent creep resistance, and wet-corrosion resistance.
Custom Heating Elements: Precision-wound furnace coils, spiral heating wires, and pre-fabricated elements constructed to match your specific engineering drawings.
Ultra-High Temperature Performance: Our advanced electric alloys maintain stable resistivity and structural integrity in environments up to 1425°C.
Uniform Electrical Resistivity: Tight tolerance control prevents localized hot spots, securing even temperature distribution throughout your heating chambers.
70 Years of Manufacturing Heritage: Backed by Shougang Gitane’s decades of metallurgical research and strict quality control standards, ensuring consistent batch-to-batch reliability.

A: Our FeCrAl alloys, such as the SGHYZ and SGHT series, are designed for high-temperature environments, operating at continuous furnace temperatures up to 1400°C–1425°C.
A: FeCrAl is suitable for higher-temperature applications and is generally more cost-effective. Nichrome (Ni-Cr) is preferred for applications involving frequent heating/cooling cycles, as it offers mechanical strength at hot temperatures and resistance to structural deformation.
A: We provide both. Besides supplying bulk resistance wire in various gauges, we also manufacture custom-wound coils, heating ribbons, and pre-fabricated electric heating elements tailored to furnace blueprints.
